Hollywood mega-star actors Ryan Gosling and gal pal Eva Mendes were spotted romancing in several locations around Bangkok this week.
The lovebirds had drinks at WTF Bar & Gallery in Thonglor on Feb. 5, causing quite a stir on Twitter. WTF co-owner Kamonwan Saenissara tweeted that the pair came with some Japanese people and that no photos were taken by her staff. The celebs didn’t call in advance or make a fuss about anything which left quite a nice impression on the staff, gossip rag Life &Style reported.
“They just walked right in without making a scene. Eva sipped Red Bull while Ryan drank tequila,” a spy told Life & Style. “They were talking about documentaries!” said another.
Before that, Gosling and Mendes also enjoyed a Japanese meal together at Nippon Kai in Emporium on Feb. 2, the mag reported. “They were very quiet and everyone left them alone. And in person Eva is even more beautiful!” another spy told them. (Where do they find all these spies?)
The next night they reportedly caught a movie at the Paragon Cineplex, with Gosling wearing a T-shirt and Mendes a white dress.
Gosling is in Bangkok filming muay thai action film Only God Forgives. He made an appearance at the first Hua Hin Film Festival in late January, wowing fans on the red carpet.
