TODAY IN PATTAYA – A British man and an Italian man are claiming that two female prostitutes stole nearly THB600,000 from them.
According to the men, they met the women at a local mall. The women then invited the men out for a drink and soon afterwards they mysteriously fell asleep. The victims said the beverage contained sleeping pills.
Police then searched the Arcon Residence Hotel room of the victims where several possessions – a Nikon D3 camera, camera lenses, cash worth approximately GBP4,000-5,000, EUR170, USD100 and a watch worth nearly THB100,000 were missing.
The victims also brought substance test documents conducted by Memorial Hospital, which confirmed the men had unknowingly taken sleeping pills, Khaosod reported.
