Prayuth’s Workout Wednesday continues, but with stand-by ambulance

PM Prayuth Chan-ocha decided to continue his Workout Wednesday policy, even after the Phra Nakhon district governor collapsed during the exercise and was later pronounced dead last week.

It was reported that, following the tragic incident, an ambulance was standing by at Workout Wednesday as Prayuth joined workers at the Government House in a 20-minute aerobics session yesterday.

After that, Prayuth spent 10 minutes playing football with Weerachon Sukhondhapatipak, his deputy spokesman. He then spent another 10 minutes playing rattan ball with his team before going back to work.

It was reported that his staff bothered him with calls during the aerobics, but that Prayuth was so committed to his workout that he took the call and kept the aerobics going, Thairath reported.
