Respondents to a poll regarding government stability have pegged a higher cost of living as the greatest threat to the government’s ability to function smoothly.
According to the poll, 85.2% of 2,115 respondents in 17 provinces believe that the largest threat to government stability is the steadily increasing cost of living, The Nation reports.
Among all respondents, 73.8% thought that openness with the general public would help stabilize the government while 55.9% support the Yingluck administration’s completion of its four-year term.
