Police seize THB10 million in meth pills packed in S&P snack boxes

Narcotics Suppression Bureau police yesterday announced the arrest of two men and two women who had allegedly carried 50,000 meth pills, worth an estimated THB10 million, from Northern Thailand to Bangkok’s Bangna district and Nakhon Pathom.

The drug gang was busted at Nakhon Sawan. Police found the gang’s haul packed in S&P snack boxes. Each member of the quartet confessed his or her crime, saying that they were paid THB200,000 for the delivery.

Police believed that this was not their first time trafficking in narcotics. The gang is charged with possession of a class-one drug, Dailynews reported.
