Police are seeking more victims of a man claiming to have robbed and raped “many” women in the northern reaches of Bangkok.
Ekkarin “Wao” Sanklao, 32, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of robbing a raping a woman on Valentine’s Day in the Lam Luk Ka district of Pathum Thani as she was walking home.
Police said Ekkarin’s confessed to the crime, but to their surprise, said he’d done the same thing on many occasions in the Don Muang district of Bangkok and the Pakkred district of Nonthaburi.
Ekkarin stands charged of robbery and rape, but police are asking anyone else to come forward at the Kukot Police Station to press further charges, Khaosod reported.
