An Udon Thani man has been arrested murdering his own son, who allegedly raped his own mother twice.
The body of 35-year-old Pramote – the family’s name has been withheld – was found by police, with deep wounds to his face and head which reached into his brain.
Thongla, his 69-year-old father, said he killed his son with an axe after he had raped his wife – the boy’s mother – a second time.
“I wanted to see his brain,” Thongla told police, “I want to know what made him so evil that he raped his own mother.”
Thongla said Pramote had become addicted to alcohol and drugs, and raped his mother for the first time late last year, then beat his father when confronted about it. Thongla was too embarassed to report the crime.
Recently, Thongla had sent his wife to Bangkok after discovering his son had raped her again.
Thongla said he came home from drinking at a local shrine yesterday morning to find Pramote, who harassed him for sending his mother away.
That’s when Thongla got the axe and hit Pramote’s head three times, Khaosod reported.
