Although cloudy skies have made Bangkokians miss many lunar phenomenons, last night, the rare super blue blood moon could be viewed in some areas of the capital.

Although many were unlucky and didn’t get to see the blood moon, their spirits weren’t dampened — many Thais, instead, flocked to say their prayers in the comments section under the live stream by National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand.

People across Thailand shared their moon snaps on social media, here are some of the best ones.
