Getting passports done conveniently downtown at MRT Khlong Toei, where there’s hardly any queue, is going away this Saturday, according to the Prime Minister’s Office.

Today marks the last day the subterranean Passport & Legalization Services will accept any applications and documents, an office spokesperson said. Anything after today will be rejected.

But don’t mourn too hard. The service will move to a new spot at MBK Center near BTS National Stadium starting March 1.

The new Passport & Legalization Services will be larger and able to service more visitors, both Thai and expat, when it opens on the fifth floor of the mall’s Zone A in stalls 5A-12 and 5A-13). Book appointments online.
