This year’s Academy Award winner for best foreign language film, “Ida,” will kick off Chulalongkorn University’s International Film Festival next month.
The film by Pawel Pawlikowski’s will be among nine from around the globe to show at the annual event hosted by the university’s Department of Dramatic Arts.
Films will show in their original languages with English subtitles. Synopses and stills are available at CU Film Festival online.
The festival runs March 9 through March 27 and all screenings are free and open to the public.
