American pop act OneRepublic isn’t due to play Bangkok for two more weeks, but it seems they have been living it up on Phuket days before embarking on their Asian tour.

Thai fans were swooning this morning over front man Ryan Tedder’s posts hoisting a familiar glass water bottle, strolling through the human zoo of Patong Beach, observing an amazing spider, and appreciating the “slap” of our “OG” Red Bull.

“Working / writing / recording / living / running in one of our favorite spots on earth for about a week while simultaneously getting acclimated to the Asia time zones before this tour starts,” the 43-year-old singer’s caption read. “Day 3 & I’m still falling apart sleepy by 5pm.”

The singer signed off the message with “We love Thailand” in Thai, a sure way to win over any reluctant hearts.

In one ephemeral social media story, he posted a bottle of Kritaeng Daeng with the observation that “The OG slaps like crazzzzzy.”

The pop rock group is slated to begin its Live In Concert Asia tour on Feb. 21 in Hong Kong with dates set for Manila, Jakarta, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur.

The band is scheduled to perform March 3 at Bangkok’s Impact Arena. Tickets are still available for THB1,500 to THB5,000.

Their latest single, I Ain’t Worried, was released in May on the Top Gun: Maverick soundtrack.
