Omani woman dies on inbound flight to Bangkok

Yesterday, a 71-year-old Omani woman was found dead on Oman Air flight WY815, which flies directly from Oman to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Enok Acep Daisin reportedly traveled on a group tour with 30 other Omani people. An attendant on the flight told police that Daisin had diarrhea and asthma during the flight. She died while sleeping with an oxygen cylinder on.

An initial forensic report revealed that Daisin might have died from acute severe asthma. Authorities will send Daisin’s body to a hospital for an autopsy before contacting the Omani Embassy and informing her family, Matichon reported.
