No more rusty rails: Officials reveal photos of new, shiny trains (PHOTOS)

State Railway of Thailand has given the public a sneak peek of their new trains purchased from China, which will start being used to transport passengers in October.

The nine trains, composed of sleeping and second-class cars, come with exciting features such as red, sexy seats, warm water in the showers, plugs to charge your phone, and LCD screens that display the location of the train.

You can also order food directly at your seat from the LCD screens, just as if you were on an expensive flight.

The trains are wheelchair-accessible and equipped with security cameras for the safety of passengers, according to A Day magazine.

The new trains, which consist of a total of 115 cars, will be running from Bangkok to four different destinations including Chiang Mai, Ubon Ratchathani, Nong Khai and the Hat Yai district in Songkhla.

In addition to the smell of fresh paint, the new trains also come with English-speaking staff who have received special training.
