Monday night they fought for about an hour near Sala Daeng intersection. Last night it was two hours of gunfights and explosions at four sites.
Unknown gunmen and guards at protest sites fought again last night but no deaths or injuries have been reported. The fighting started just before midnight at the Chalerm Phao intersection and spread across to the Pratunam and Ratchaprasong areas.
Shots were fired for more than two hours before stopping when soldiers arrived, The Nation reported.
