Woman busted for kidnapping baby boy

At 9:30pm yesterday, police announced the arrest of Sunee Plailaharn, a 27-year-old Kanchanaburi local, who allegedly kidnapped a three-month-old baby boy from Banjong Wongsuwan – Sunee’s remote relative.

Banjong filed a complaint with the police on Feb. 17 after her son Abhirak “Pacquiao” Wongsuwan had gone missing at The Mall Bangkae. Sunee confessed to having taken the child, saying that she absconded with Pacquiao while Banjong went to the upper floor with her older son.

Sunee reportedly brought Pacquiao back to her residence on Soi Rama 9 49 – where she was eventually arrested – and told everyone that Pacquiao was her son. Sunee told police that she had had a miscarriage and kidnapped Pacquiao because she wanted to have a baby, Dailynews reported.
