Today, a man and a woman were found dead in their home on Soi On-nut 66, the victims of a murder-suicide that took place as the result of a jealous argument.
Officers at the Prawet Police Station rushed to the house after hearing reports of a scuffle. On arrival, they discovered the bodies of 27-year-old Samniang Thonglong and 35-year-old Nanthiya Nilwaree. There were three injury marks on Samniang’s body and one deep stab wound on his chest. Nanthiya’s body bore no such wounds.
According to INN, an initial investigation suggests that Nanthiya committed suicide by consuming insecticide after she stabbed her husband to death.
