Police are investigating the murder of a woman who was killed last night on Soi Phokaew 3 Yak 13 in the Lat Phrao District.
Officers told INN that the victim was found half-naked, wearing only a bra, and with a deep cut in her head. Police did not find her identification card or any other document that would indicate who she was.
Initial investigation revealed that the deceased might have been raped and tried to resist, an action that perhaps resulted in her murder. She was reported to be 25-30 years old and had passed away less than six hours before police discovered her body.
According to INN, police will gather more information about her identity and continue trying to track down her murderer.
