The Bangkok Post is reporting that an underage driver caused a fatal wreck early this morning on Ratchadapisk Road.
One person was killed and three were injured when a car driven by Peerapol Bunnag, 17, struck an oncoming vehicle in front of the Appeals Court in Bangkok’s Chatuchak district. Peerapol was piloting the vehicle without a license.
Both Peerapol and his two passengers sustained injuries, but are now in stable condition. Palapol Wongsila, 20, who was piloting a separate car along Ratchadapisk Road, died as a result of the collision.
Police are still on the lookout for the driver of a second car, who fled the scene following the wreck.
