Thailand flooding death toll reaches 594

The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department upped the death toll from Thailand flooding to 594 today Nov. 17. Two people are still missing.

Floodwaters remain in 19 provinces with 5,146,819 people affected, the department said according to the Bangkok Post.

The provinces are Nakhon Sawan, Chai Nat, Ang Thong, Ayutthaya, Lop Buri, Sara Buri, Suphan Buri, Nakhon Pathom, Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi, Samut Sakhon, Samut Prakan, Ubon Ratchathani, Si Sa Ket, Roi Et, Kalasin, Chachoengsao, Nakhon Nayok and Bangkok.
