A flood-proof tuk-tuk was spotted this weekend puttering through the streets of Bangkok near Chatuchak Park and delivering passengers to their destinations come hell or high water. If the water does get much higher, this three-wheeler probably won’t be able to run… but maybe at that point the tuk-tuk’s inventive owner will add an outbound motor.
