Yesterday, police arrested three technical college students for cutting off the fingers of a student from a rival school. The incident took place during a Jan. 10 brawl in Samut Prakan’s Muang district, during which the offending students cut off six of the victim’s fingers.
The arrests came only after the victim’s mother complained to Provincial Police Region 1 about a lack of progress in the case. Police are currently on the lookout for nine more suspects, who they believe were also involved in the incident.
