At 9:30pm yesterday, Minburi police arrested two men for stealing motorcycles from multiple areas across Bangkok.
Twenty-six-year-old Jaophayu Chencharoen and 32-year-old Pracha Chencharoen, who are cousins, were busted on Soi Hathairat 9 while they were waiting for a merchant to buy four stolen vehicles from them.
Police said that the duo had stolen over 10 motorcycles in the past two months, catering to orders from a Pathum Thani man who offered them THB3,500-4,000 a vehicle. According to Dailynews, the suspects are being held at the Minburi police station on charges related to the motorcycles’s theft.
