Two men were arrested for the sexual abuse of underage boys in Bangkok’s Lamsalee Ramkamhaeng area yesterday
Police in the area checked on an internet cafe and spoke with a few boys between the ages of 15 and 18, who said that men from the gay bar across the street sometimes came to pay them for sex. They went on to arrest a 34-year-old host at the bar across the street and the 26-year-old supervisor of the internet cafe, for arranging the underage prostitution.
The 34-year-old admitted to having sex with a boy from the internet cafe on three occasions, paying THB100-200 each time. Police charged the man with sexual abuse of children and sent him to investigators, the Daily News reported.
