‘Rama III Gang’ busted

At 4:30am today, police arrested three men and one woman, aged 16-25, for robbing and attacking two people at knifepoint.

Nong Khaem police charged the four criminals, who called themselves the “Rama III Gang,” on Soi Rama II 82 in the Bang Khun Thian District. They seized one long knife, a brown bag filled with THB12,000 in cash, three mobile phones and two Honda motorcycles from the group.

The arrest was executed 30 minutes after police received a report that the gang had robbed and slashed a victim’s neck on Soi Petchkasem 77/1 in the Nong Khaem District.

According to Dailynews, police said that the quartet had confessed to the robberies.
