Prime Minster Yingluck Shinawatra said last week that she will reveal a master water management plan sometime early this year.
Speaking on her “Yingluck government meets the people” TV show, she said the plan will work to prevent flooding after Thailand’s worst inundation in decades in 2011.
Yingluck said that her government will give regular updates on the plan. She added that she expects a budget of THB120 billion for flood rehabilitation, the Bangkok Post reported.
