Pongsapat woos young voters with short, stop-motion film

With less than a week to go before the gubernatorial election on March 3, Pheu Thai candidate Pongsapat Pongcharoen has released a one-minute-long, stop-motion film in his latest attempt to win votes from youngsters.

Pongsapat posted the video clip, named “Youngsters, Go vote,” yesterday. It has already garnered 5,000 views and 120 likes. The film shows two young men moving in stop-motion toward a polling station and casting their votes for the No.9 candidate.

The clip has proven resoundingly popular, as displayed by several supportive comments.

“Cool! This is creativity,” said Anurak Khamdee, one of the top two commentators.
