Police: Red Bull heir did cocaine on night of fatal Ferrari accident

The Red Bull heir who hit and killed a Thonglor motorcycle policeman while speeding in his Ferrari was found to have done cocaine on the night of the accident.

Thonglor Police Station told the media yesterday that traces levels of the drug were found in the blood of Vorayuth Yoovidhya, the Nation reported.

Vorayuth, the grandson of late Red Bull founder and billionaire Chaleo Yoovidhya, was also found to be over the legal limit of alcohol consumption while driving.

Pol Lieutenant Akarawin Sukhonthawit, deputy commander and acting chief of the Thonglor Police Station, said he was scheduled to hear charges at the station yesterday but by the afternoon hadn’t showed up.
