National Police chief Pol Gen Adul Saengsingkaew said that he would summon in a police colonel, who had allegedly kicked a handicapped stray dog, in order to fix his attitude.

The accused colonel reportedly kicked the canine while it was enjoying a meal at Building 1 in the Royal Thai Police headquarters on Rama 1 Road. He said to the dog feeder that it was prohibited to provide food for dogs in within the police headquarters.
