Photos: Ratchada Road flooded to Chaophya Park Hotel

Ratchadaphisek Road was flooded down to the Chaophya Park Hotel today Nov. 8 at around 1pm. Waters in the middle of the road were about 2 feet deep and flowing southward. Ratchadaphisek MRT station was surrounded by water but still operational, with some exits closed. Sidewalks around Sutthisan MRT Station were dry, but floodwater was beginning to seep up through drains just north of the area.
