The Nation reports that the Pheu Thai Party plans to complain to the Election Commission of fraud in the case of yesterday’s gubernatorial election.
In a message from Pheu Thai’s election center, party spokesman Danuporn Punnakan said that voter fraud had occurred in several districts. He mentioned that several voters posted pictures of their marked ballots on the internet, a violation of Bangkokian election law, and that Pheu Thai monitors caught several voters trying to cast their ballots twice.
The two districts that the Pheu Thai Party spokesmen singled out specifically in their complaint were the Wang Thong Lang district and the Pasi Charoen district.
