At 6:30pm yesterday, a 63-year-old man was found dead after being electrocuted on Soi Phetkasem 36 in Phasi Charoen district.
Samran Soodta, a Pichit local, was using an electrical charge to catch fish for his dinner when he reportedly slipped and fell down into the narrow, muddy canal. He died instantly of electric shock.
Police said that Samran’s boy would be sent to hospital for a postmortem, Dailynews reported.
