At 6pm yesterday, Thong Lor police executed an arrest warrant against Niran Nooprasert, a 25-year-old motorcycle taxi driver, who was accused of the premeditated murder of his friend.
As Coconuts Bangkok reported yesterday, Niran allegedly stabbed his colleague Suwit Kraipat to death in the parking lot behind the Big C mall on Soi Sukhumvit 26, Rama 4 Road in the Khlong Toei district.
Niran confessed the murder, saying that he had a fight with Suwit over receiving passengers, which in turn led to the stabbing. Police found a seven-inch-long knife in Niran’s possession, which he used to assault Suwit. According to Dailynews, Niran will be handed over to the Thong Lor police station for further interrogation.
