Khlong San 7-11 robbed by knife-wielding man

Samre police are looking for a suspect who robbed a 7-11 convenience store on Soi Taksin 11 around 12:30am this morning.

The night shift clerk told police that a man walked into the store in the Khlong San District and demanded money from him at knifepoint. The robber made away with THB1,500 in cash and then fled the scene.

According to Dailynews, authorities said that the man is 25-30 years old. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a white helmet, a grey shirt and green shorts. Samre police were able to get detailed CCTV footage of the robbery.

This is the fourth convenience store robbery Coconuts Bangkok has reported on this month. Previous hold ups occurred on Bangbon 1 Road on Jan. 7, Rama II Road Soi 11 on Jan. 17, and on Soi Lat Phrao 41 on Jan. 25.
