A man found the decomposing body of a baby boy in Bangkok’s Yannawa District this morning after a dream led him to the gruesome scene.
The body, believed to be a seven-month miscarried baby, was found wrapped in a red sarong inside a paper bag alongside Rama III Road, TANN reported.
Denprachak Kamkong told police that he had dreamed of a “baby boy” that came to him and said, “Daddy, I’m cold. Help me.”
Denprachak was on his way to a bank this morning when he noticed a nearby deserted area, similar to the one in his dream. Feeling compelled to investigate, he discovered the paper bag containing the body.
Police believe the baby was dumped there 3 to 5 days ago after the mother miscarried. They are collecting evidence in effort to prosecute the yet-unidentified mother, TANN reported.
