A German man was detained by police for exposing his genitalia and gyrating his hips suggestively on a Chiang Rai roadside yesterday.
The incident began when police in Chiang Rai’s Banmai market area received calls that a farang was standing on a sidewalk with his pants around his ankles, doing some sort of strange dance.
When police arrived, the man acted shocked, pulled his pants up, and lied down.
Police tried to question the man, who was determined to be German from his passport, but he was incoherent and “insane or high on drugs,” Pattaya Daily News reported.
The German was taken to the police station for further investigation.
