News flash: Despite claims, perfect beauty not possible through Facebook pills

A new pill is being sold online that promises instant beauty, a claim which regulators seem just a little skeptical about.

Called Ya Salai Mano or “Daydream destroyer,” the new medicine on sale through Facebook has recently gained attention for promising to make women’s dreams of beauty come true.

Watch out – this magic pill doesn’t only have a fancy name, it makes some fancy promises certain to excite many women: clear, white skin and bigger boobs.

“Improve the complexion, reduce blemishes and keep the breasts firm and perky,” it claims.

According to Morning News, one bottle costs THB590 to THB700. The active ingredients include fish collagen, l-glutathione, soy protein, alpha lipoic acid and horsetail extract.

When the product’s registration with the Food and Drug Administration was investigated, it was found to be totally bogus and using a fake license.
