At 2AM today, police were called to a Tab Chang tollbooth in the Saphan Sung District, following reports of an accident.
On arrival, they found that a Toyota Vigo truck had collided with one of the Tab Chang tollbooths and that the driver, 21-year-old Sayan Sangarchian, was unconscious and seriously injured. Sayan was immediately taken to Chularat 9 Hospital. He later passed away as a result of injuries sustained in the wreck.
According to Dailynews, an initial police investigation showed that drowsy driving was responsible for the incident.
