A fire destroyed over 20 homes in a residential area of Din Daeng district near the Office of the Narcotics Control Board around 6pm today.
The blaze occurred on Soi Boon Shu Si area and took more than an hour and a half for firefighters to extinguish.
One person was injured and two are missing, according to unconfirmed reports.
Smoke pillows from the blaze could be seen around Bangkok and many people shared photos on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Officials are currently attempting to figure out what caused the fire, the Bangkok Post reported.
