The House Ethics Committee yesterday ruled that Democrat lawmaker Nat Banthadthan’s viewing of pornographic pictures during a parliamentary session did not violate the parliament’s code of ethics, as Nat’s action was not intentional.
As reported by Dailynews, Nat was put under scrutiny after he had been caught opening a lascivious picture on his mobile phone during a parliamentary meeting last year.
The 38-year-old Bangkok MP earlier shrugged off the allegation, saying that he innocently opened an email sent by his friend, unaware of its inappropriate content.
