Dirty cop Pol Snr Sgt-Major Manas Suapho has implicated several other names in the Bangkok drug delivery ring he was part of for over two years.
Manas, the fugitive cop who surrendered to police on Wednesday, confessed to being a drug mule along with ex-Prachachuen Police Station policeman Prawin Tuaipa and his wife, Suchada. He told Lampang police that three of them split earnings from drug deliveries which amount to TBH1 million to TBH2 million per transaction.
In 2005, Prawin was fired from Prachachuen Police Station in Bangkok. His wife, Suchada, is said to be on the run from a murder charge.
Deputy Metropolitan Police Commissioner Maj-General Thitiraj Nongharnpitak has ordered a manhunt for Prawin and his wife, noting that they are key members of this wide reaching meth illegal narcotics network.
He also said that the the National Police Office’s Narcotics Suppression Bureau have already taken over the case from Lampang police, the Nation reported.
