Police have announced the arrest of Philes Maria Litzuhe, 37, a Mozambican national who was selling amphetamines, cocaine and heroin to tourists along Nana road.
In addition to finding 112 grams of methamphetamines and 5.2 grams of heroin in Litzuhe’s possession, police also discovered that he had been manufacturing methamphetamines in his nearby home.
Police said that because Litzuhe was manufacturing the drug on his own, he was able to sell it at a much cheaper price than many of his competitors.
The Pattaya Daily News reports that police caught Litzuhe in a sting operation in which they solicited him for 10 grams methamphetamines.
