Yesterday at 4:30pm, Porameth “Phee” Singhpho arrived at the Thong Lor police station, one day before his scheduled appointment on Feb. 5, in order to admit that a CCTV camera had indeed recorded him shooting Nopphadol “Ae” Athibuy on Jan. 18.
The 33-year-old Channel 3 actor was charged with premeditated murder, along with three other crimes, after allegedly shooting Ae, a 44-year-old part owner of famed Thong Lor club Muse.
Thong Lor police said today that Phee’s early arrival was due to his intention to take a merit-making trip to other provinces. Citing the ongoing investigation, authorities said that they could not reveal more information about the case.
Thairath reported that Phee was scheduled for his next questioning on Feb. 15. The clip below captured the moment of the shooting, which Phee previously claimed to be an accidental discharge.
