In a daring sting, Bangkok police arrested a 33-year-old man for allegedly performing illegal “penis enlargement massage” in his car last Thursday Jan. 5.
An undercover officer solicited the services of the man and was about to receive one of the special massages in the back seat of his car, when police rushed in and made the arrest in the parking garage of Central Pinklao department store in Bang Phlat.
Officers from the Children, Juveniles and Women Division recovered a penis pump and massage oils, the Bangkok Post reported.
The suspect, Jakrawuth Praesanom, was charged with opening a clinic without permission and performing massage without a license. Police also accused him of working with a gay massage parlor that police had raided earlier, head of the division Pol Col Supatchara Puangpuang said.
The Men Spa massage parlor had allegedly been advertising services for penile enlargement and performance enhancement in male public toilets in the Rama 2 area.
