Drivers of Bangkok: Watch out! Dummy policemen have got their ever-watchful camera eyes on you.
Indeed Pol Maj-General Piya Tawichai of the Traffic Police Division said that the camera-mounted dummy cops named “Jah Choey” are being installed at 10 of Bangkok’s busiest roads.
License plates of dangerous motorists will be recorded at intersections by the vigilant Jah Choey and tickets will be sent to vehicle owners’ homes, he said according to the Nation.
No word was given on which intersections are having the substitute cops installed… so keep your eyes open.
