Bangbon 7-11 robbed

At 4:30AM today, police rushed to a 7-11 convenience store on Bangbon 1 Road in Bangbon District after receiving a report of a robbery.

Naruemol Saeheng, a 17-year-old clerk, told police that she was alone when a robber, who she described as roughly 175 centimeters tall, came in and demanded money. The criminal wore a green jacket and had his face covered, Naruemol said.

Afraid of being attacked, the clerk handed him THB2,000 in cash and two Gold Life mobile phones, which were valued at THB2,900 each. The suspect then left the store.

Police told Dailynews that they had reviewed the store’s CCTV footage and would check other surveillance cameras around the area in order to identify the suspect.
