Gain a greater perspective on Spanish food and what it means to be a Muslim refugee in Thailand this weekend.
Artist Abdullah Elias has spent 15 years studying the latter and will exhibit his work documenting the refugee experience – and the often unfortunate portrayal of Islam – with photos, sculptures and live performance at the solo exhibition “Bismillah.”
The show starts at 7pm this Saturday at Spanish restaurant El Chiringuito.
All profits will go toward help refugees and support civil rights.
