Saraburi locals said they witnessed two-hundred mysterious garbage bags being dumped at the foot of Baan Kao Kaew Hill, which is a major water source for the area, earlier today.
The bags contain a black and yellow liquid substance with a strong smell.
The Subdistrict Administrative Organization has requested an investigation into whether the chemicals are harmful.
Saraburi police are still looking for the people responsible of the reckless crime.
One nearby factory is suspected, the Daily News reported.
