Mister Donut employee fights with customers who said her donuts don’t look good (VIDEO)

A shouting match that erupted in a Tesco Lotus between an employee of Mister Donut and two women who said her donuts “looked like sh*t” made the rounds on social media when the whole incident was caught on video.

The event started when two customers, identified by their Facebook pages as Jenjira Minz and Snook Waipoosri, allegedly received poor customer service from the staff of a Mister Donut in a Tesco Lotus supermarket in Nakhon Nayok province.

According to Jenjira, she and her friend were unhappy with the selection of donuts offered by the shop and they ended up buying only one piece — after talking badly about the precious donuts, of course.

“I only said to my friend ‘these donuts looked like sh*t’. We ended up buying one, but the staff didn’t come over to cashier. I had to call them 3-4 times,” Jenjira wrote on Facebook.

“After that, we went shopping inside Tesco supermarket, and a few people came to us. They’re employees from Mister Donut, a crepe shop and an AIS shop who didn’t have anything to do with this.”

Then the confrontation erupted into a shouting match that was caught on video.

In the video, which has over 1.8 million views, one of the two women can be heard shouting that the donuts in the store did not look appetizing.

“If it doesn’t look appetizing, then why the hell did you buy it?” one of the Mister Donut staff can be heard shouting back in the video.

Security had to step in to put a stop to the fighting and those involved were led away to another part of the store.

Mister Donut has issued an apology for the entire incident on their Facebook page and the employee who shouted to defend her donuts in the video has been fired, according to Morning News.
