A 40-year-old masseuse who worked at Somdet Phra Sangkarat hospital suffered a breakdown last week during which he chased after patients and hospital staff with a knife.
Thankfully no one was hurt or killed and the man was detained by police after a 4 hour standoff.
Police said they will send him to a mental hospital in Bangkok where he will be treated by psychology specialists, the Pattaya Daily News reported.
