A classic, soap opera game of he-said-she-said has exploded across the internet in recent days, pitting lakorn superstars and their superfans against each other.
It started with a modern twist when a screenshot of a Line chat on Tuesday revealed a very impolite message from superstar Prin “Mark” Suparat aimed at the mother of former fictional sweetheart Chalida “Mint” Vijitvongthong.

“Mint, what’s wrong with your mom? Bitch, won’t you stop this?” he reportedly wrote about her mother, Ratchanok Vijitvongthong. “You take my words here to your mom: I’ll spit in her face when I see her. I’m happy, and you’re jealous of me?”
Mint and Mark appeared together in 2010’s “Four Hearts of the Mountains” on Channel 3.

Apparently mom had posted to Instagram a Bombax tree, which in Buddhist hell is a painful object of torture for adulterers.

Anyway, so this kicked off a massive Internet shitstorm which has left a wrecked virtual landscape of savage Facebook comments and flaming forum posts. Friends are turning on friends, with legions either saying Mark is the most disrespectful douchebag ever born, or that mama Vijitvongthong should have kept her nose outta other people’s business.
Somehow Mark’s manager, Pornmanee “Prae” Metsitthisiri, gets dragged into the mess, with some people blaming her for the whole thing.
Ratchanok, the actress’s mother, blamed Mark’s anger on the influence of Prae, who has a bad relationship with her daughter Mint. The mother also blamed Prae for discouraging Mark from working with Mint on a project.
Prae’s since rejected that version of reality but apologized for the message from Mark – who’s said all of nothing since the brouhaha broke – because now she’s worried he will have a hard time finding work, ASTV Manager reported.
At this point, we all need an aspirin or better.
